THE CONTEST

Up to 20 PropTech Startups will compete for three spots to pitch at the Real Estate Beyond 2023 Event at the StartmeupHK Festival in Hong Kong.

 

Up to three finalists will pitch in front of a LIVE AUDIENCE at the Real Estate Beyond 2023 event on Nov 14, 2023.

PARTICIPANT CRITERIA

  • PropTech or ESG related

  • Must be currently revenue generating

  • Revenues than USD 5 million per annum

  • 5 years old or less (with some exceptions)

  • Office in APAC, but not in Hong Kong

  • Must be able to travel to Hong Kong for pitch finals on Nov 14, 2023

PITCH DETAILS

  • Nov 2 - Application submission deadline

  • Nov 3 - Selected candidates notified (up to 20)

  • Nov 6 - Qualifier pitch rounds

  • Nov 7 - Three finalists notified

  • Nov 14 - Pitch finals in Hong Kong

  • Five minutes pitch + five minutes Q&A

  • Two finalists chosen by judges in qualifiers

  • One finalist in qualifier chosen by judge scoring + audience vote

THE PRIZE

  • Pitch at the Real Estate Beyond 2023 Event in front of potential investors and customers 

  • Two free entry tickets to event

  • Travel expenses up to USD 1,000 total to be reimbursed

  • Grand Prize for winning pitch to be announced
