Our next event, Asia PropTech, is organized in partnership with InvestHK, who have engaged Asia PropTech to host this one and a half day event – “PropTech Asia & Beyond” as part of StartmeupHK Festival on May 24th & 25th, 2021. All the registration information provided by you will be shared with our vendors to effectively execute and manage the virtual event. When registering on our websites, vendor platforms and other ticketing platforms such as Airmeet, Eventbrite, delegates agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration as a delegate to Asia PropTech is complimentary and is free.

The registered delegates will be provided access to the Virtual Conference areas and roundtable networking. Asia PropTech, Invest Hong Kong, Startmeuphk, our sponsors and all affiliates reserves the right to change these Terms & Condition and any other information contained on the said events website, the Platform, or any website specifically developed for the Event or the Platform (the “Sites”) at anytime. Your continued use of our Sites and use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to these changes.

While registering for this event, any details shared by you can be used by Asia PropTech, Invest Hong Kong, Our Sponsors, all affiliates and its third-party partners to share updates about this or any other events, conferences, services, product announcements, etc.

Specifically, any details shared by you can be used by the Asia PropTech, Invest Hong Kong Sponsors, all affiliates and its third-party partners to share updates and marketing material about events, conferences, services, product announcements, etc.

We may collect and process the following Personal Data:

This includes information such as your full name, email address, company, designation, location, your password for the event and any other information you provide at the time of registration.

Device Information

This includes information such as: *your device type, operating system, browser, IP address and other information derived from cookies used on the Website. Please see our Cookie Policy for further information; and *details of your visits to the Website such as traffic data, location data and the resources, advertisements and linked websites that you access through the Website.

Transactional History

This includes information about the date, time, value and number of transactions you make through the Tito Services.

This includes any other information which is provided to us by you or on your behalf.

Retention of Personal Data

In general, we expect to keep your Personal Data for as long as you use our platform and services, plus a period of up to 7 years thereafter. Please note that in certain circumstances, we may hold your personal data for a different period, for example, if we believe in good faith that the law or a relevant regulator may reasonably in our view expect or require us to preserve or delete your Personal Data.

By signing up to the event via the registration link on our vendor and third-party platforms, you irrevocably authorize and grant Asia PropTech, Invest Hong Kong, Our Sponsors and all affiliates the right to:

record me (picture and voice) on photographs, film and/or video tape, for audio and visual production.
edit the Recording into a photo gallery / short film / webinar (which may include other recordings and material)
use my name and likeness, voice or other information concerning me and screen or place the recording online (including on social media)

Deleting of Data

You may request us to delete your data, by emailing us at startmeuphk@asiaprop.tech. We will do our best to respond and delete the data within a reasonable amount of time from receiving the request. By asking us to delete the data we hold, you irrevocable waive the access to Asia PropTech & affiliates, our website, platform and events. You will no longer be given any access to our events and platform.

I hereby release Asia PropTech, Invest Hong Kong, Event Sponsors, and all affiliates from any infringement or violation of personal and / or property rights of any sort whatsoever based upon the use of the Recording and my participation in the event.

At the time of registration, Asia PropTech, Invest Hong Kong, Our Sponsors, and all affiliates provided the most recent information available, and the delegates accepted that the content and/or the delivery of the event can change beyond the control of Asia PropTech, Invest Hong Kong, Our Sponsors and all affiliates.

Asia PropTech, Invest Hong Kong, Our Sponsors, and all affiliates will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes to the program or content of the event.

Asia PropTech, Invest Hong Kong, Our Sponsors, and all affiliates reserve the right to make changes as it deems necessary.

Asia Proptech, and all affiliates reserve the right to revoke your access at any time without notice.
